Repeat Jobs & Referrals

The cheapest job you'll ever book is one you've already done.

A new customer costs $200+ to win. A text to a past customer costs pennies. We send the right one at the right season — and the booked jobs land on your calendar.

The problem

Your customer list is a goldmine you never dig

Every job you've ever finished is a person who already trusts you, already has your number — and forgets your name by next season. So next fall they google “sprinkler blowout near me” and hire whoever shows up first.

Meanwhile you pay $200 or more in ads and time to win a stranger, when industry benchmarks put the cost of keeping an existing customer at a fraction of that — and their long-term value at several times the first ticket.

The big guys know this. ServiceTitan charges $2,000+ a month for customer-list marketing. Hatch runs $600–900 with an annual contract. Jobber sells a $29 DIY tool — that you'd still have to sit down and run every month. Nobody just does it for you at a price that makes sense. That's this.

How it works

Hand us the list. We do the rest.

  1. 1
You hand over your customer list — once
Phone contacts, invoices, a spreadsheet, a Jobber export — however it exists. We clean it up, register everything properly, and keep it growing with every new job.
  2. 2
    We build your seasonal calendar
AC tune-ups before summer. Furnace checks before the first freeze. Sprinkler blowouts, gutter cleanouts, spring cleanups — timed to Colorado, matched to your trade.
  3. 3
One campaign a month goes out
Win-backs, seasonal reminders, slow-week offers, referral asks — written to sound like you. You approve each one with a thumbs-up text.
  4. 4
    Replies become booked jobs
Interested customers get answered right away and booked to your calendar. You get a plain report: sent, replied, booked.

Why it's worth it

The value math

You hand over
200 customers
Your past-customer list, however you've got it. Five minutes, once.
We send
1 campaign/mo
At typical reply rates that's 12–18 conversations — and 3–4 booked jobs
You get back
$900–$1,400/mo
At a $300 average ticket — for $297. One booked job covers the month.

Example at typical industry benchmarks (8–12% of texts get a reply; 20–25% of replies book). Your list size and average ticket set the real number — the monthly report shows jobs booked, plainly.

FAQ

Fair questions

Won't this annoy my customers?

Not the way we do it. One thoughtful text at the right time of year, only to people you've actually done work for, with an easy opt-out — never a blast, never more than about one campaign a month. The most common reply isn't annoyance, it's "glad you texted, I was meaning to call."

What does my customer list need to look like?

However it exists: names and numbers in your phone, a spreadsheet, a stack of invoices, or an export from Jobber or Housecall Pro. You hand it over once — we clean it up, organize it, and keep it growing with every new job.

Is texting my customer list even allowed?

Yes — done properly. These are your existing customers, every text carries an opt-out, opt-outs are honored instantly, and the sending number is registered the official way. We handle all of that compliance work for you; it's part of the service.

What kinds of campaigns do you send?

Seasonal reminders timed to Colorado (AC tune-ups before summer, furnace checks before the first freeze, sprinkler blowouts, gutter cleanouts), win-back texts to customers you haven't seen in a while, slow-week offers when your calendar has holes, and referral asks after happy jobs. You approve every campaign before it goes out.

What happens when someone replies?

They get answered right away and booked onto your calendar, and you get a text with the details. Every month you see a plain-English report: texts sent, replies, jobs booked. If you also run our 24/7 Answering, the two work as one system.

Do I need your other services for this to work?

No — it works completely on its own. But it pairs naturally: the same customer list powers the review engine in Website & Local SEO, and answered calls from campaigns book more jobs with 24/7 Answering.

Got a customer list gathering dust?

Book a 15-minute call and bring nothing but a rough guess at how many customers you've served. We'll do the math on what that list is worth together.
