Who this policy covers
NoCo WorkFlow (“we,” “us”) is a service business based in Fort Collins, Colorado. This policy covers this website, nocoworkflow.com, and the services we run for our clients: 24/7 answering and booking, websites with local SEO and instant quoting, and repeat-job and referral campaigns.
It covers two kinds of people: visitors and prospective clients who contact us through this site, and the customers of businesses we work for, whose information passes through the systems we run.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the kind of service business you run, which services interest you, and any notes you add. We use it to reply to you and prepare for your call. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not ask for payment details here.
When you become a client
The business details needed to build and run your system: your services and rates, service area, booking rules, calendar access, phone-forwarding setup, website and Google Business Profile access, and billing contact information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider — we do not store your full card number.
Your customers' information
To run review requests and repeat-job campaigns, you share a customer list with us — typically names, phone numbers, sometimes email addresses, service addresses, and job history. Our answering and quoting systems also capture what callers and website visitors provide: name, phone, address, job details, and any photos they send for a quote. This information belongs to you, your customers, and no one else. We process it on your behalf to deliver your service, and for nothing else.
Basic technical information
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which is used for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising networks, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics profiling on this site. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, run the services you hired us for, send the campaigns you approve, book jobs onto your calendar, report your results, bill you, and provide support. That is the complete list.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use one client's customer list to market to another business, and we never use your customers as leads of our own.
Text messages and consent
Review requests and repeat-job campaigns are sent only to people the business has an existing customer relationship with — people who hired them. We do not send messages to purchased lists, and we do not cold-text strangers.
Every marketing message identifies the business and includes clear opt-out instructions (such as replying STOP). Opt-outs are processed immediately and kept permanently, so someone who opts out is not messaged again in a later campaign. Sending numbers are registered with carriers through the standard process, and message frequency is kept low — typically about one campaign per month.
How your information is protected
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so anything submitted through it is encrypted in transit. Customer lists and client credentials are stored in reputable business platforms that encrypt data in transit and at rest, protected by strong unique passwords and multi-factor authentication where the platform supports it.
Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work — for a business this size, that is a very short list. We keep only the information needed to run your service, and we prefer secure transfer over emailing spreadsheets around.
No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that plainly than promise otherwise. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you promptly and directly, along with what happened and what we were doing about it.
Who else touches your data
We use established service providers to deliver the work — website hosting, form and email delivery, phone and text messaging, calendar and scheduling, AI voice and chat processing, and payment processing. They may process information only as needed to provide their service to us.
We share information outside of that only when you ask us to, or if we are legally required to. We do not hand your data to advertisers or data brokers, and if we ever change providers in a way that materially affects how your information is handled, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
Inquiries from this website are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back. Client business records and campaign history are kept for as long as we work together, plus the period needed for tax and accounting requirements.
If you stop working with us, your customer list is yours — we will export it to you and delete our copies on request. Opt-out records are the one exception: we keep those permanently, because that is what guarantees someone who asked not to be contacted never is.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nocoworkflow.com and we will handle it promptly — typically within a few business days — and confirm when it is done.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to be removed from their messaging, reply STOP to any message, or contact us and we will take care of it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws. We honor these kinds of requests regardless of where you live — it is simpler and it is the right thing to do.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant and affects current clients, we will tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
Questions
Ask us anything about this — we would rather answer than have you wonder.
