NoCo WorkFlow

Fort Collins, Colorado

Automated follow-up for local service businesses.

I build practical automations for the work between a new inquiry and the next appointment: capturing the details, notifying the right person, and keeping follow-ups on track.

Sound is off

Websites, customer details, and follow-up working together. Illustrative interfaces; each project is scoped around your business.

One workflow at a time, built around the tools you already use: your inquiry form, your inbox, wherever customer details live, and whatever you book jobs with.

Where the extra work piles up

  • New inquiries arrive while you're busy with customers.
  • Customer details get copied between emails, forms, and spreadsheets.
  • Follow-ups depend on someone remembering the next step.

Someone requests an estimate. Here's what happens next.

Illustrative workflow — adapted to your business.

  1. The customer sends a request.

They fill out your website form with their contact information and the work they need.

  2. The details reach you.

The request is saved in your customer records, and you receive a notification.

  3. The customer gets a confirmation.

An acknowledgment explains the next step using wording you've approved.

  4. An unanswered request gets flagged.

If it still needs attention, a reminder prompts you to follow up.

You decide what to quote and which jobs to take. The automation handles the repeated steps around those decisions.

What I build, and how a project works

What gets built

  • A clearly mapped workflow and agreed scope.
  • Connections and automation built around the tools that fit the job.
  • Testing, a walkthrough, and an agreed plan for any ongoing support.

How a project works

  1. Understand the current work

We go through how inquiries reach you now, what happens to each one, and which tools are already in play — the form, the inbox, the phone, the spreadsheet, whatever you use for scheduling.

  2. Build one useful workflow

I connect those tools so the details land in one place, the right person gets told, and the next step is set up. We start with the one workflow that takes the most repetitive work off your plate.

  3. Test it and hand it over

We run real inquiries through it, including the awkward ones, and fix what doesn't hold up. Then I walk you through how it works, where it hands back to you, and how to change it.

Pricing

Projects are scoped around the workflow, tools, and support needed. You'll get the scope and price before work begins.

More about me

What keeps taking more time than it should?

Tell me where things get repetitive or fall behind. I'll follow up to arrange a conversation and see whether there's a useful workflow to build.
