I'm Will.
I'm Will Egger, a CSU student and the founder of NoCo WorkFlow in Fort Collins. I build websites and automations for local businesses. You'll work directly with me, from figuring out the problem to testing what gets built.
What I do
Most of my work is automation for the stretch between a new inquiry and the next appointment: connecting a form, an inbox, customer records and whatever a business books work with, so details land in one place and follow-ups don't depend on remembering them.
I also build websites, which is where a lot of businesses start — that service has its own page and its own published price of $297/mo. Phone answering and more custom tooling come up occasionally; those get scoped case by case rather than sold off a shelf.
How working together goes
You deal with me directly — the person who asks the questions is the person who builds the thing and the person who fixes it when something needs changing.
We agree the scope and the price before work starts, and I start with one workflow rather than proposing to rebuild how your business runs. Accounts and data stay in your name wherever the tools allow it, and I'll say plainly which parts depend on someone else's platform, because that affects what can be promised.
Support is agreed at the end of a project instead of assumed: some workflows need nothing once they're running, and some are worth keeping an eye on.
Where I am
Based in Fort Collins, Colorado. I work with businesses here and elsewhere in Colorado, mostly remotely. If you're nearby, meeting in person is easy to arrange.
